Research use only

All products sold by BioStem Labs are intended strictly for research, laboratory, analytical, and development purposes only. They are not for human consumption and are not intended for medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use. Products are not approved by the FDA, and no statement made by BioStem Labs has been evaluated by the FDA.

By purchasing, customers acknowledge that all products are for legitimate research purposes only. Misuse of our products is strictly prohibited.

DEA / CSA compliance

None of our products are controlled substances under the Controlled Substances Act. Purchasers are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase and use of research chemicals.

Age restriction

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and purchase from BioStem Labs. By creating an account, you certify that you meet this requirement and that you are a legitimate researcher.

Sales & returns

All sales are final. Where an order arrives damaged in transit or does not match what was ordered, contact us within a reasonable period of delivery and we will resolve it.

Quality documentation

Where a certificate of analysis is published, it identifies the reported result for the listed lot and its stated scope. Review the certificate before relying on a particular lot or component of a blended product.

Privacy notice

Effective date: October 4, 2026. This notice explains how BioStem Labs handles personal information collected through this website, researcher accounts, support requests, and orders.

Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when you create an account, place an order, apply to a program, or contact us. This can include your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, account profile details, order details, selected payment method, and the contents of your message. We also maintain records of transactions, account activity, and technical information needed to secure and operate the site, such as session identifiers and limited request logs.

How we use information

We use this information to operate accounts; process, confirm, and fulfil orders; provide support; prevent fraud and misuse; maintain security; comply with legal obligations; and improve site reliability. BioStem Labs does not receive or store full card credentials from hosted payment providers.

When we share information

We share only the information needed with service providers that support our operations: Supabase for authentication and order data, ULASend for hosted payment flows, Resend for transactional email, Vercel for hosting and privacy-preserving analytics, and shipping or fulfilment providers needed to deliver an order. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information or permit third parties to use it for cross-site behavioral advertising.

Retention, security, and choices

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You may request access, correction, deletion, or information about this notice through the contact form. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain secure sessions, age-gate acknowledgement, cart state, and site preferences. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site use. The site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals because there is no common industry standard for interpreting them.

Changes to this notice

We will post material changes on this page and update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change is posted is subject to the updated notice.
