Everything researchers ask
Testing, documentation, reconstitution, storage, fulfilment, and compliance. If your question isn't here, ask us directly — we answer within 24 hours on business days.
What does “for research use only” actually mean here?
Every product BioStem Labs sells is intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory, analytical, and development work. Nothing in the catalog is approved by the FDA, and nothing is intended for human or animal consumption, medical diagnosis, or therapeutic use. Purchasers represent that they are legitimate researchers aged 21 or over.
How is purity verified?
Compounds are produced in a cGMP-compliant, ISO-certified facility and submitted for independent third-party analysis. BioStem Labs guarantees a minimum of 99% purity, and the certificate of analysis for your specific lot documents the result.
How do I find the COA for the vial I received?
Use the lot code printed on the vial label. Enter it in the COA lookup and the matching batch record will resolve, along with the size and SKU it belongs to.
When will my order ship?
Orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on the next business day with priority shipping. A tracking number is issued as soon as the carrier takes possession.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. BioStem Labs does not process refunds. Please verify your order and shipping details before completing checkout.
How should compounds be stored?
Lyophilized product should be kept dry and stored per the vial label. Once reconstituted, storage conditions and stability windows are compound-specific — the guidance is listed on each product page under Storage.
Which solvent should I use for reconstitution?
Most lyophilized peptides in the catalog reconstitute in bacteriostatic water. A subset require an acidic solvent, for which we stock 0.6% acetic acid. The correct solvent is noted on each product page.
Are any of these compounds controlled substances?
No. None of our products are controlled substances under the Controlled Substances Act. Purchasers remain solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing research chemicals.
